Update on version 1.7.7

Just a quick update on version 1.7.7. I never heard anything to lead me
to believe that 1.7.7 should not be released. Unfortunately, I have
been unable to upload to Sourceforge throughout the weekend, so I've
been unable to release the version to a wider audience. For those on
the list, the version on http://eclipseme.org/testversions is the same.
I have written an issue against Sourceforge and I'm hoping to get the
release out later this week.

Yes. I've upgraded the preprocessor support from Omry and am now
correctly passing in the file encoding.
